“環(huán)保電子警察”監(jiān)控800家排污企業(yè)

    記者今日從省環(huán)保局獲悉，我省將選擇800家重點(diǎn)排污企業(yè)安裝“環(huán)保電子警察”，對(duì)1000個(gè)廢氣排放口和600個(gè)廢水排放口進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。

    今年1月，我省第一套污染源自動(dòng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在省環(huán)保局建成。該系統(tǒng)與省環(huán)保局直接聯(lián)網(wǎng)，主要作用是對(duì)污染企業(yè)排污情況進(jìn)行24小時(shí)監(jiān)控，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)有超標(biāo)排污行為，系統(tǒng)在第一時(shí)間會(huì)發(fā)出警報(bào)。企業(yè)接到警報(bào)后，必須在4小時(shí)內(nèi)解決超標(biāo)排污問(wèn)題，否則系統(tǒng)將對(duì)企業(yè)的備料系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行斷電。如果超過(guò)24小時(shí)超標(biāo)排污問(wèn)題還存在，系統(tǒng)就會(huì)對(duì)企業(yè)的進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)斷電。同時(shí)，環(huán)保部門(mén)可以據(jù)此對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)處罰。目前，太鋼集體電廠和焦化廠已經(jīng)安裝上該系統(tǒng)，并和省環(huán)保局直接聯(lián)網(wǎng)。
